The REVO.CC Ultra Gravel breathes new life into a 100-year-old sport. The tube for the Gravel/Crosser weighs only 30 grams (manufacturer information). This makes the REVO.CC ultra just as light as the REVO.RACE ultra. Both combine a unique rolling behavior and very low rolling resistance. The material formulation specially developed for this tube enables an innovative material that combines very high mechanical strength and elasticity and thus enables the specific property profile of the bicycle hose. Revoloops hoses are made of thermoplastic polyurethane and are significantly more puncture-proof than a conventional butyl hose. The low weight reduces the rotating mass on the wheel and makes the crosser more agile. In addition, the TPU hoses hold the air many times longer than conventional butyl hoses. Constant pumping is therefore a thing of the past. The valve made of particularly impact and break-resistant thermoplastic material is ahead of its time. Minimum weight paired with maximum performance. A specially designed valve base prevents damage to the tube caused by sharp edges on the rim’s valve hole.

IMPORTANT: Please never fill your REVOLOOP tube outside of the jacket with a pressure of more than 0.5 bar. Otherwise there is a risk that the REVOLOOPs will locally overstretch or even burst. Both scenarios mean that the tube is then unusable because the overstretching of the tube does not deform it back and the tube can therefore no longer be installed. Therefore: only apply a pressure of more than 0.5 bar to REVOLOOP hoses when they are fully assembled.

Light and stable – REVOLOOP valves
The valves developed by REVOLOOP are made of a special, high-strength thermoplastic polyurethane. They combine the highest technical standards with minimal weight and sophisticated design. The internally welded valve foot plate protects the tube from damage caused by sharp edges on the valve hole in the rim and the dreaded valve tearing off.

Virtually seamless – REVOLOOP welding technology
REVOLOOP’s patent-pending welding process makes it possible for the first time to weld thermoplastic hoses with thick walls in such a way that an almost even seam can be produced. This technologically sophisticated process achieves perfect rolling comfort and at the same time maximum security against failure through snakebite and punctures.

Ecologically responsible – REVOLOOP material
Thermoplastic polyurethanes are recyclable plastics. Since both the tube material and the valve are made of TPU, REVOLOOP bicycle tubes can be completely recycled. Out of responsibility towards the environment.
