The assembly of the SL AF is very easy. Mount the Lampenkoft in the middle of the handlebar on the bracket, attach the battery with Velcro and you’re ready to go.

As small and robust as possible
The SL AF is incomparable. It owes its unique appearance not only to the striking “daytime running lights”, but above all to the development work of the Lupine engineers. They created the smallest and lightest lamp in its class. Its extremely robust and high-quality aluminum body reliably protects the SL from impacts, dust and water and meets the FL1 standard with flying colors. This is a set of rules of the ANSI / NEMA in order to be able to compare the product information of different lamp manufacturers.

Sensor controlled “daytime running lights”
The stereo sensor system, which can be adjusted in stages, scans your ambient light and switches your SL AF from “daytime running lights” to full beam in good time. The “daytime running lights” of the StVZO models are continuously supported by the main headlights.

High beam
It is not just a question of a stronger low beam, when switching to high beam the entire light pattern changes. This means that the area above the glare limit is also visible from afar. Faster trips and detours on the trail are no longer a problem either. For safety and convenience, the Bluetooth remote control is used to switch back and forth.

Light years ahead
The heart of the Lupine SL AF are 18 Osram LEDs and the world’s first 26 ° Dual Aspheric Lens System for bicycle lamps. These not only shine far, but also illuminate the close-up area evenly.

SmartCore battery
The SmartCore batteries contain powerful electronics and with a short press on the control panel, the current charge level of the battery is displayed in 20% steps and it has a rear light function. The advantage is obvious, the capacity can be checked at any time, regardless of whether the battery is in use, is being charged or has been waiting in the hallway for two weeks to be used. In this variant, the 6.9 Ah battery is included.
