34 CHASSIS DESIGN
The striking shape of the immersion tube design is not just for looks. The 34 mm stanchions and generously overlapping bushings ensure precise implementation of the steering impulses.

GRIP2 cushioning
Fox has packed all its knowledge into this cushioning. The various setting options offer the possibility of optimally adapting them to the various operating conditions.
The high and low speed compression stage and the high and low speed rebound stage can each be adjusted separately. The setup has to be carried out carefully, but afterwards it offers endless driving fun on any surface.
With the integrated Variable Valve Control (VVC) system, the sensitivity of the high-speed rebound and the high-speed compression is varied via a leaf spring and not by changing the preload. This requires a finely adjustable function and modification.
In addition, attention was paid to the use of low-friction and coated materials throughout the development process. This allows a very fine response and significantly increases comfort.

FLOAT AIR SPRING
The FLOAT air spring system reduces the breakaway torque and thus offers a highly sensitive fork and full comfort even with small bumps. And that for every type of driver and at different air pressures. Similar to the FLOAT struts, the FLOAT spring system is characterized by a positive and a negative air chamber, which automatically balance each other out while riding. Each rider enjoys the benefits of the correct, precisely balanced air pressure in both air chambers. The progression of the spring characteristic can be adjusted with our air volume spacers – which enables every driver to precisely adjust the characteristics of the air spring.

NEW EVOL AIR SPRING
The increased negative air chamber significantly improves the response of the fork. This increases comfort because the breakaway torque has been reduced. In addition, a more linear spring characteristic offers better performance, especially in the middle spring travel ranges.

LOWER LEG CHANNELS
When a fork compresses, the air in the lower areas of the fork tubes is simultaneously compressed. The more the fork deflects, the more the pressure increases. This effect has the consequence that the fork responds harder and may not be able to use the full travel.
The transfer ports help to solve this problem by directing the compressed air from the lower part of the fork tubes upwards, reducing the unintentional pressure increase. Another advantage of these channels is that the lubricating oil in the lower area of the slider tubes circulates upwards during the spring process and continuously lubricates the foam rings and the sliding bushings.
